The Complete Guide to Food Sadhana

Far more important than macronutrient ratios, and strict nutrition protocols is our relationship to food.

Something I’ve come to realize is that our relationship with food, and our ability to shift toward healthful eating habits, is a practice; it’s a Sadhana.

These changes don’t come about overnight, but rather over a long period of time with consistent effort and practice.

Food Sadhana is one of the main ways I coach my clients when making changes to their diet to help them handle their stress, support abundant energy and cultivate a calm clear mind. This teaching has been so powerful for my 1:1 clients, that I felt it needed to be shared with everyone – and so The Complete Guide to Food Sadhana was born.
