Welcome to the Yogi Fuel Podcast – The podcast that’s dedicated to upleveling your health, your practice and your consciousness. 4. Anti-inflammatory Foods
5. Nutrient Density

We’ll be going over the question: to be vegan, or not to be vegan, and figuring out what is the BEST diet for yogis, and spiritual practitioners.

This isn’t a one-size fits all approach, but a general guideline upon which you can start to base your food choices.
